What about security?

We take our commitment to you and your possessions very seriously. We always list with our quotation, security personnel to accompany all trucks.

What does your quote cover?

Depending on the moving package you choose, our quote covers the entire moving process from start to finish.

Do you offer temporary storage?

We can offer temporary or arrange long term storage depending on clients’ requirements.

What about insurance cover?

All items moved are protected under our Goods In transit Insurance cover.

Who do I call if I have questions during my move?

You can call any of the numbers you find on our website.

How long before I move should I get an estimate?

After the survey of items you intend to move is taken, we will send you your estimate/quote within 48hrs.

How long will the survey take?

This will depend upon the size of your home or office, the parameters of your move, as well as the number of questions that you may have for us. The in-home survey usually takes anywhere from 1 to 2 ½ hours. We suggest you allow an ample amount of time for the more information we have about your move, the more efficient we will be.

When is the best time to move?

It doesn’t really matter what day of the week you intend to move. Once your move has been confirmed, our team will be there at the agreed time to move you.

Do I need to be present when the movers come?

We advice that you be at your residence at the beginning of your move and also at the destination. If you cannot be present at loading or delivery you may appoint someone of a responsible age to act on your behalf.

Is there anything that cannot be moved?

Plants and pets can’t be loaded on the truck and items considered hazardous (Diesel, Petrol).

How do I treat my appliances – Washing Machine, Refrigerator etc?

You have nothing to worry about, it is our responsibility to pack and move all your appliances securely.

It is however mandatory to empty your refrigerators and freezers at least 5hrs before your move.
The moving crew is also not responsible for disconnecting or reconnecting washers, dryers, wall mounted TVs, icemakers or other appliances. We can arrange for this service, however, at an additional charge.

Can my client decide to pick any other maintenance service outside the ones provided for?

No, clients must sign up to the four or pick any of our services on an individual per chargeable basis

Who is sent to my house to do the work?

A uniformed technician will arrive at your home carrying his own tools and wearing his ID Card. All of our technicians are employees, not subcontractors. We carefully screen each of our employees before hiring, and they are insured and all possess a high level of skill and experience.

How do I subscribe?

Fill out an application or request for the service online and Pay then pay the annual subscription fee for either corporate or home fix.

Why does the client sign-up and still need 5-10days for service deployment?

When a client signs-up, an audit of his/her office or home is done and inventory taken. This period stated enables us to plan and prepare to service you fully.

How do I schedule a service appointment?

Call or email us 24hrs before to book a repair service. We will then inform you on the time the technician will be at your home/office to resolve all issues.

Can your service technician perform more than one job in a visit?

No he is only to attend to the job he was called in for. This is to enable us attend to other clients on time.

What if I have an emergency?

We will dispatch a member of the emergency team to you immediately to resolve your issues. Any false emergency call received will be billed to the client as repairs.

What states do you cover?

This is a Lagos only service for now.

Do you give estimates?

Yes, we give estimates for jobs outside the four services provided for under this service plan. All other services required by clients will be charged on a labour and materials basis.

What are the hours of operation?

We are open to serve you Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm daily. This is currently not a 24 hour service.

What about materials, how does that work?

Clients may decide to buy materials themselves. We have carefully developed a vendor network across Lagos to ease the back and forth in completing jobs on time. All our technicians also go around with a detailed price list of materials needed to fix any repair. Once clients agree to the prices, the vendor is called upon to deliver the material to the technician on site. Clients are however to pay the cost of the material to the technician and sign all necessary documents to validate delivery and payment for material.

Are there any hidden charges?

No.

I am busy and can’t be home during working hours, can your technicians work while I’m not at home?

Yes we can but there must be someone around to sign-off on job completion forms and ensure the doors are open to us to work.
